• You must identify the type of accident
• You have to report the accident to the ARP
• You should report the accident to your immediate boss
• You can solve the event in case you are in the capacity to do it and it is authorized by your boss
• In case of injury you should call the appropriate doctor
• In case of injuries to third parties you must notify your insurer and report it
• You must report material damages
• You have to report the accident to your boss in writing
• Submit written report to the department of industrial safety of the company
• After the industrial safety state finds the cause of the accident you must follow the recommendations so that it does not repeat itself
